Donau-Finanz is set up as a private partnership company (GesmbH & Co. KG), with the Kraus family holding the majority (72 % of the Kommandit Gesellschaft and 90 % of the GesmbH), Hans Christoph List, private owner of substantial real estate, owner and operator of hotels and leading owner and operator of garages in Austria (9 % of the Kommandit Gesellschaft and 10 % of the GesmbH) and Leo Peter Exner, President of Creditreform, Honorary Consul of Japan and former manager in the insurance and aluminum industry who is in the process of joining Donau-Finanz as a managing partner with a share of 9 % in the Kommandit Gesellschaft.
